RETURN POLICY

You are entitled to an exchange or refund for regular price merchandise within 7 days of receiving the item.  

All clearance items are FINAL SALE.
 

Please note that the product must be returned unused, unworn,  in the original packaging & including all tags, tissue & box. Requests for returns (refunds or exchanges) after 7 days from confirmation of your order being shipped will not be considered. In case of exchange or refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. 

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

1. Please email Support@aizenandmeridian.com  to notify us regarding your exchange/refund.

  •       Name 

  •       Order confirmation

2. You must return your items to the address below within 7 days from the day you receive your package.

Please write your order # on the outside of the package or on a note inside the box. 

3. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment.

 

Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping charges.

REFUNDS, PROCESSING & ADDITIONAL INFO

Refunds will be processed within approximately 1 to 3 business days after we receive your return.

Aixen and Meridian, LLC. recommends sending return parcels with tracking as we are not liable if your return is not received at our PO Box address.

 

If your parcel goes missing you will be required to provide two pieces of documentation; a proof of delivery at our PO Box address and a scanned image of the signature obtained upon delivery. If you cannot provide this information, Aizen and Meridian, LLC.  will not be held accountable for any losses.
