RETURN POLICY

You are entitled to an exchange or refund for regular price merchandise within 7 days of receiving the item.

All clearance or sale items are FINAL SALE.

Please note that the product must be returned unused, unworn, unscratched soles (shoes), in the original packaging & including all tags, tissue & box. Requests for returns (refunds or exchanges) after 7 days from confirmation of your order being shipped will not be considered. In case of exchange or refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid.

REFUNDS, PROCESSING & ADDITIONAL INFO

Refunds will be processed within approximately 1 to 3 business days after we receive your return. Aizen & Meridian recommends sending return parcels with tracking as we are not liable if your return is not received at our PO Box address. If your parcel goes missing you will be required to provide proof of delivery at our PO Box address and a scanned image of the signature obtained upon delivery. If you cannot provide this information, Aizen & Meridian will not be held accountable for any losses.
